Hi, I'm Adam Dince, and it's truly an honor to be here guiding you on this journey. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding both the digital landscape and the deeper layers of the human spirit. 

As an adjunct AI Digital Marketing professor at the University of St. Thomas, a seasoned digital marketing leader, and a spiritual practitioner, I've had the privilege of helping businesses grow through technology while embracing the sacred aspects of who we are. In addition to my business background, I'm also a hypnotherapist who specializes in healing near-death experience (NDE) trauma. I published a book about my work called, "Back to the Beyond, Exploring Near-Death Experiences Through Hypnosis". I'm also a Reiki Master Teacher, Sacred Rose Healer/Teacher, sacred medicine man, and spiritual coach.

What excites me most about teaching this subject is seeing business owners realize that they can embrace new technologies while staying true to who they are. AI is powerful, but it doesn’t have to be cold or impersonal. I feel honored to help business owners harness these tools in a way that uplifts their spirit and their business, creating authentic connections that serve both their communities and their own sense of purpose. Together, we’re not just learning technology; we’re creating pathways to growth that honor the best of who we are, blending practical skills with spiritual wisdom to support a truly holistic approach to success.

Hi, I'm Kelly Wagner, and I’m thrilled to be on this journey with you. My path to becoming a teacher at The Edge Business Academy has been anything but ordinary. For much of my life, I worked in environments that didn’t allow me to fully express my gifts. I spent years honoring the dreams of others, but eventually, I realized I needed to honor my own voice. That realization set me on a path of self-discovery—embracing my intuitive abilities, exploring energy work, and learning from incredible mentors.

Today, as the publisher of Edge Magazine and co-owner of the Community for Higher Consciousness, I bring a unique perspective to our workshops. I understand what it feels like to take a leap of faith, to follow your heart even when it’s scary, and to create something that aligns with your true purpose. My goal is to help you do the same. Teaching about AI and ethical marketing excites me because it’s about more than just technology—it’s about empowering you to share your gifts with the world authentically, building connections that matter, and growing your business in a way that feels true to your spirit.
